Is the standard paper wax coated?
No. Standard stock uses a fluorine-free internal grease-resistant treatment and does not have PE or wax coating. Q: Which grade is best for croissants? A: Use 45 gsm for butter-rich croissants and 50 gsm for fried pastries; 38 gsm is economical for dry bread and cookies. Q: Can it be used to bake in the oven? A: This product is intended for wrapping and basket lining, not as a high-temperature baking parchment. Q: How should paper be stored? A: Keep cartons sealed in a dry, odor-free room at 15-25 C and 40-60 percent relative humidity; avoid floor contact. Q: What documents can be supplied? A: FDA/EU food-contact declarations, PFAS-free statement, FSC documentation when selected, and ink-compliance declaration are available.
